What You’ll Do

• Establish a clear vision and long-term roadmap aligned with company goals and Peru’s financial inclusion objectives.

• Identify market opportunities and create strategies to address them – from Open Finance Pix flows to one-tap payments.

• Make data-driven decisions while balancing customer needs and business objectives.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch products.

• Reduce time-to-market for merchants and banks by delivering a solid, locally-flavored product suite.

• Own the product's resilience – because in payments, downtime is not an option.

Who You Are

Qualifications

• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering / Computer Science preferred).

• ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a product role (Engineer, Lead, Product Manager, or similar).

• ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

• ✅ Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Bonus Points (Highly Valued)

• ✨ Penchant for programming or technical background – you can read code or understand system architecture.

• ✨ Keen and active interest in UX design – you care about every click.

• ✨ Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
